4) Do you engrave?
Not personally. My large and medium banners require hand engraving. I use a wonderfully talented hand engraver in Virginia who engraves my pieces. My small banner and ID bracelets can be machine engraved. I can take it to a local engraver or you may take it to someone you trust in your town. Prices vary.
5) What if I need something adjusted?
I can help you out here. When placing your order, let me know what length of chain you'd like (if it's different than listed). In some cases, a small additional fee may be added. If you'd prefer a different stone or resin color than pictured, just let me know. I'll let you know right away if there's any extra cost. Rings are a little trickier. Know your size? Great! If you don't know your ring size, I highly recommend getting sized at a reputable jeweler in your area. If that's not an option (ie, it's a surprise gift for someone) we can discuss some tricky ways to find out. Otherwise, I will resize any of my rings for free the first time. After that, a small sizing fee will be charged.
6) What are those little marks/stamps on my jewelry?
I stamp all my jewelry with my hallmark ( 
) and with either .925 (sterling silver) or 14k (14k gold).
